I joined Farrell's in April of 2005. I had read a write-up in the newspaper and liked the layout of the classes with focus on kickboxing, strength training, and nutrition. After the 1st 10 weeks I had dropped a dress size which gave me the incentive to continue with the program. Farrell's taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle. Also, it gives me the opportunity to meet and workout with incredible people who challenge me and motivate me each day. I became an instructor after my 10 weeks and currently instruct Kickboxing and Strength Training classes.
