I started Farrells on June of 2011. I already had an active workout regimen, whether it be walking, running, treadmill, lifting weights or workout CDs, I just wanted to see what Farrells was all about. I went and was hooked. I did the 10-week session and joined immediately. I am a Level 2 Kick box Instructor as well as a Level Strength Training instructor. I am passionate about the program. I love helping others along their journey. Its rewarding to see the confidence grow in new students as well as the wonderful new friends I have gained and call them my Farrells family. I encourage anyone to try Farrells. Everyone has their OWN Level 10 and we can help you accomplish your goals.
